The space
‘The Branksome Retreat’ is the epitome of luxury, quality and style. It offers a fabulously versatile living space, connecting the indoors with the outdoors via bi-fold doors. One of the most appealing features of this superb property is the large private garden, which is entirely enclosed, making it secure for both children and dogs. The outside space will delight adults and children alike, with sunloungers, deluxe lounge and dining areas and large trampoline just waiting to be bounced on.
The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for four guests. The kitchen is connected to the garden via bi-fold doors and leads through to the dining area with seating for 10 guests. The drawing room and lounge are both classy and comfortable, with modern log burners. On the ground floor, there is also a music/playroom, with bay windows, a keyboard and a selection of children’s books. The house boasts seven tastefully decorated bedrooms and five bathrooms, with freestanding baths and walk-in showers.
