Flexible Management Packages
Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all (because it won’t) approach to property management, we have a range of management packages designed to suit your needs. Choose from our variety of packages each offering a spectrum of services with adjusted levels of support. At one end of the scale, there’s our Affiliate package, where Country Escapes simply function as an additional marketing channel for you; at the other, there’s our Premium Plus package – where all you have to do is put your feet up while we will take on full management of your property. You provide the rural property, we’ll tie a beautiful bow around it. We know a lick of paint here, a clever storage solution there can make all the difference when it comes to optimising a guest’s experience in your holiday let. We have access to a wide range of tradespeople, photographers and interior/furnishing experts available to work their magic and present your property in the best possible light. We are also able to offer advice on those more ‘sensible’ things like health and safety, insurance and other host responsibilities that you perhaps hadn’t thought of so you can host with complete confidence.
Sales and Marketing
As well as listing your property here on the Country Escapes website (giving us the best opportunity to engage with our guests from the start) and including it in our quality branded brochure, we will market your property across a wide range of other channels, for example, online travel agents such as Airbnb. Furthermore, we also will connect with some more specialist booking agencies to give your rural property full exposure in order to maximise occupancy, especially during the low seasons. Lastly, we will also utilise our many years of experience in this marketplace to attract direct bookings from guests, where no commission is payable.

Our professional team is available 24/7 to handle enquiries and understand that replying in a timely manner – often within just minutes – will significantly increase the chances of a guest making a booking. We also know that not all enquiries should convert into a booking. High Level Housekeeping
We offer a full housekeeping service to our property owners, comprising both a deep clean in-between guest stays and a regular cleaning service during guest stays. The housekeeping includes a full linen service, with fresh bedding and towels provided. All cleaning and linen services are provided in accordance with the latest COVID-19 protocols. Our experienced and dedicated housekeepers are all trained to leave everything spick, span and sparkling.
Reporting & MI
One of our further commitments to you is that Country Escapes will provide a full and transparent summary of all activity relating to each property. This will include a monthly statement of account showing a breakdown of all comings and goings, and at the end of each financial year, a tax schedule. Before you sign on the dotted line, we will calculate a detailed forecast of your particular property’s potential financial performance. Additionally, you will have access to real-time performance information about your property, plus be able to see when it’s booked and when it’s available with just the click of a button. What is more, you can monitor the feedback and reviews supplied by the guests, so you can see what a wonderful job we’re doing!
