You want a fabulous stay however we can’t guarantee that niggly issues won’t crop up while you’re staying in one of our luxury holiday cottages to rent in Somerset, Wiltshire, the New Forest or Dorset; tripping fuse boxes, broken boilers, and wonky Wi-Fi connections are just part of life. What we can guarantee, however, is that we will respond to your problem quickly. We are pleased to tell you we have an army of tried and tested experts on speed dial – from plumbers to electricians, glaziers to gardeners – ready and able to fix things, so you can get back to your holiday job – enjoying yourself.
Comfort is Everything
Is there anything more aaaah-inducing than curling up in front of your own cosy log burner on a chilly evening, soft, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed with just-the-right-thread-count bed linen waiting to be climbed into? And is there anything more smile-providing than returning from a day out to find, the dishes done, your scattered clothes folded and your bed made? We can be as involved as you like when it comes to the housekeeping of your property during your stay – if you want five-star-hotel treatment, for a fair additional fee, we’ve got you covered. Because we know keeping chores to a minimum (for everyone) can be essential for a relaxing, dreamy holiday.
Keeping Safe
In these times when staying safe is all upper most in all our minds, please be assured that all our housekeeping team is fully trained in the correct COVID-19 cleaning procedures. The appropriate PPE is always worn and guidelines are followed stringently. As you’d expect our cleaning standards – like all of our standards – are of the highest level, and keeping our guests and staff safe is of paramount importance to us.
Dog Friendly
No need to worry, there’s no necessity to send your beloved four-legged friend to the kennels or rely on a kind neighbour to look after your pooch while you’re away. We adore dogs too so we have ensured that have a selection of properties in our collection all set up to accommodate your waggy-tailed family member.
When you enquire or book with us, all we ask is you please let us know that you intend to bring your dog along too, so that we can get everything ready for you. We can also suggest dog local walks and recommend dog-friendly day trips. The country is the perfect place for Fido to have a superb holiday, just remember to bring along a doggy towel for cleaning him off when he’s jumped in the local stream and be sure to keep him on a lead near local livestock.
